The Licensed Master Practitioner of NLP is an intensive training run over 8 days, (in two blocks of 4), which is designed to elevate your NLP proficiency to the highest level.

The focus of this training is about helping you to integrate all of your NLP skills so that you can develop an unconscious competence and be able to weave through the challenges of communication and change with effortless ease and elegance.

By the end of the training you will feel far more equipped to deal with whatever comes your way and you will be using many of the skills simultaneously. You will find that your thinking will have shifted and become more systemic and you will no longer be looking for only one tool for a specific intervention.

This training is all about building and expanding upon the tools you have already acquired as an NLP Practitioner and of course adding in some more new and advanced, exciting ones into the mix.

This program aims to train coaches and mentors to apply the concepts and methodology of the world-famous social worker and therapist, Virginia Satir, to the field of coaching and mentoring.

The training is based on the six phases of her work. The phases are: Making Contact, Validating, Facilitating Awareness, Promoting Acceptance, Eliciting Positive Choices and Constructive Change. This is a very special, powerful, and intimate transformational Certification program, and as such numbers are strictly limited to groups of 6-8 people at a time.

After finishing the training and credentialing process you will become part of a group that will have ongoing mentoring support and will meet on occasion through the year. Due to this customized form of training, the exact number of hours required cannot be given but an estimate would be 60 commencing with a 3-day foundation group training program and a follow-up half-day certification session. After the initial training trainees will be encouraged to keep their skills and evolution progressing by meeting as a group at different times throughout the year.

If you have completed the coaching course with us, this is your opportunity to refresh your skills and learn new ways of handling challenging clients. It will also focus on money-making strategies and applications of coaching to various different areas.

This one-day annual Masterclass provides you with the opportunity to network with your fellow Coaches while you learn and work with them throughout the day. The Masterclass is designed to update your skills and remind you of some that you may have forgotten to call upon throughout the year.
