The Irish Institute of NLP is an organisation set up with the mission of providing first-class, top quality NLP training in Ireland, as recognised by the Society of NLP and the co-founder of the field of Dr. Richard Bandler. We are internally acclaimed for teaching NLP as it was meant to be taught – and giving people the tools they need to manifest lasting change in their personal and professional life.
The Institute was established in 2001 by Owen Fitzpatrick and Brian Colbert. It is officially Ireland’s first, and most successful NLP institute – recognised by the Society of NLP (the oldest and largest training NLP organisation in the world). First and foremost, Brian and Owen both love what they do, and are extremely passionate about changing people’s lives for the better. Furthermore, both are the only Master trainers of NLP in Ireland – displaying a sophistication and elegance in delivering their NLP training that has proved the cornerstone of their success.

Society of NLP
The Society of NLP is the largest and oldest NLP training body in the world. It was founded in 1979. It is recognised as the only licensed NLP certification body by NLP co-founder Dr. Richard Bandler.

NLP in Ireland
NLP is an attitude and methodology, which provides a basis for powerful, creative interventions in behavioral change. It originated in the 1970’s, when Richard Bandler and John Grinder discovered the patterns of the most successful communicators and human change experts. From this foundation, a source of knowledge known as Neuro Linguistic Programming was developed. This methodology would revolutionize the way therapists do therapy, corporate individuals do business, teachers do teaching and people do learning.
Over the past 40 years, people all over the world have trained in NLP from many different groups, with many different ambitions and goals. There has been little standardization in the quality of NLP training.
Today, the Irish Institute of NLP offers you a training in NLP as how it was meant to be taught: pure and undiluted, delivered by skillful exponents who have co-trained with and regularly worked with Dr Richard Bandler. Our Institute is the only organization in Ireland which is recognized by the Society of NLP, the internationally governing body of the field.
