Owen is one of Europe's top Motivational Speakers, Personal Development Trainers and the youngest ever Licensed NLP Master Trainer in the world. Owen is also a qualified
Psychologist, Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. Owen continues to be in high demand internationally, teaching people from all walks of life and cultures how to enhance their lives. Owen has co-authored four books, “Conversations”, “Memories”, “The Ultimate Introduction to NLP” and “How to Take Charge of your Life” with Dr. Richard Bandler, co-creator of NLP. Owen has also authored two books of his own, “The Charismatic Edge” and “Not Enough Hours”.

Theresa Colbert - Operations Manager
Theresa Colbert has over 25 years experience in running and setting up businesses, proving highly successful and driven from a very young age. After taking a career break in the mid-90's to raise her two sons, Theresa returned to assume and retain a pivotal position in the set-up and running the Irish Institute of NLP.
Theresa is now at the very heart of all the Institute's activities, as Head of Office Administration, Chief Organiser and Event Management.
Karen Keating - Administration Assistant
Karen Keating has been working in the Institute for over 5 years as part of our administration team, assisting in the day-to-day running of our office. Karen also plays a key role in the areas of delegate liaison, customer service and event management.
Paul Salmon - Stage Manager
Paul Salmon was been working with the Institute for several years, providing excellent service in the organization, set up and running of our training courses. Paul can be viewed as the stage manager of our team, ensuring the smooth delivery and professional presentation of our training courses.
Dylan Colbert - Web Administrator
Dylan Colbert is currently pursuing a PhD. In Psychology at Maynooth University and is central to the Institute’s web & social media presence. Dylan’s main responsibilities cover the creative side of the business, contributing website articles & book reviews, creating videos & visual media, as well as the maintenance of our website.
